Hi, I’m Lindsey Benefield—operator first, ecosystem builder always. Through CoBridge Ventures, I work alongside public and private partners to turn complex capital programs into clear workflows, practical compliance, and board-ready reporting that helps capital move with confidence.

My core projects include state-backed venture programs such as InvestMS and LA.IO, where I co-lead the design and day-to-day operation of venture capital programs. Working alongside a strong bench of experienced partners, legal counsel, and program teams, I help design and launch both funds-of-funds and direct investment programs. My lane in that work is clear: building the operating backbone—policy and workflows, operational setup, diligence support, closing coordination, and board-ready reporting.

On the angel community side, I helped launch three angel funds at Innovate Mississippi, grew the Mississippi Angel Investor Network to more than 400+ members, and supported the deployment of over $2.2M in direct investments—creating a dependable rhythm of investor meetings, curated pitch sessions, trainings, and flagship ecosystem events that strengthen trust, readiness, and co-investment.

How I work is straightforward and team-first: Listen & Align on Gaps → Plan → Launch → Deploy Capital. We align on fund goals and timing, design the playbook and supporting infrastructure (forms, CRM, dashboards, reminders), launch the workflow, and operate the program day to day under your brand—covering intake, diligence support, closing coordination, reporting, and compliance. My role is to keep the machine steady, improve it as we go, and make results visible to boards and stakeholders.
